I am a physical therapist, certified pilates instructor , and registered yoga teacher. My work is primarily as a holistic physical therapist in my private practice, with some private therapeutic yoga, and therapeutic yoga classes. I teach workshops on mindfulness based exercises and how they can help with chronic pain.
