Heather Vaughan

Heather Vaughan offers yoga in the Lake Oconee area at a cost of $10/class or 11 classes for $100. Her goal is to make yoga accessible to anyone that attends class regardless of their ability, many of her students have had knee, hip or shoulder injuries. She is also versed in trauma sensitive yoga techniques.
