Heidi Reeves

Description

Heidi offers private yoga to clients that are interested in one on one instruction or small group instruction. She will design a class to meet your specific needs and work closely with you to tailor it to your liking. An example of one of her offerings is Mother Daughter yoga, a great opportunity for deepening relationship.

Heidi crafts beautiful retreats filled with adventure, inward journeys and fun.  If you have a group that is interested, she can customize a retreat for you.  Stay posted for upcoming retreats!

Credentials

Heidi completed her 200 hr YTT at NYI as well as her certification as an aerial yoga instructor. She comes to her work with an intention to create a container to play, explore, strengthen  and empower. She weaves her knowledge of energy healing and yoga practices on and off the mat to live her most authentic, abundant, light filled life. She loves to share yoga and experience the deepening connection of community that it provides.
