Description

As a Registered Nurse, for the past twenty years, I have been blessed to work in community and public health nursing and as a Health Educator. The past decade has been devoted to solely working as a Holistic Fitness Nurse helping others with yoga and healthier living. I currently offer Fertility Yoga & Meditation Workshops, Yoga as Therapy fused with mindfulness meditation relaxation workshops for nurses and hospital staff, corporate mindfulness classes, and Prenatal Yoga classes.
