Description

 

I teach and therapeutically apply alignment-based Hatha yoga. While the specific style of yoga I teach is eclectic, it is influenced by the traditions of my primary teachers - Iyengar, Kripalu and Anusara. I currently work with students all over the world privately and through virtual classes.
