Jivan Chakra Foundation is a globally recognized multi-style Yoga Teacher Training School in Rishikesh, India. We offer yoga retreats and 100 hour, 200 hour yoga teacher training course in India. Jivan Chakra foundation is a dedicated Hatha yoga school based in Ram Jhula, Rishikesh. Established with the aim of providing truly holistic yoga courses, our teachers aim to equip their students with ancient knowledge and techniques to transform their practice. Our teachers are extremely experienced and understand that there are many reasons that students choose to come to India to practice yoga. For some, there is a strong drive to learn as much as possible and return home as a certified yoga teacher. For others, there is a wish to come to Jivan Chakra as a retreat from the stresses of everyday life. Equally, there are many students who choose to delve more deeply into their yoga practice as part of their spiritual path and growth.
