Ken Nelson

Description

Ken Nelson, PhD, is dedicated to transforming the ways we serve and lead through yoga-inspired learning. A leader in mind-body practices, he teaches the healing arts of yoga, qigong, meditation, and bodywork. Ken is a former Fulbright lecturer and Kripalu Scholar-in-Residence, and has offered workshops worldwide since 1975. His CD, Yin Yoga, is a Kripalu best-seller. Ken is writing a book about tools that link the heart and mind, creating the conditions for group wisdom. He integrates yoga with his practice of qigong, and Taoist yoga, and he offers a combination of slow yoga (restorative, yin, gentle Kripalu and yoga nidra) with a standing practice of qigong that balances our yin and yang qualities and harmonizes body, mind and spirit. www.powerfulworkshops.com and www.sacredhealingarts.net
