I specialize in teaching my peers, those in their Wisdom Years.
I currently offer several hour-and-a-half yoga classes each week that bring focus to breath and awareness, alignment and detailed guidance while moving through each asana.
I provide careful instruction, a depth of understanding of biomechanical alignment principles as well as a recognition of the relationship of breath with a body in motion in a heart-centered approach. Whether you're just starting out, or have been a long-time yogi, I offer guidance to assist you in deepening your yoga experience.
I teach 2 Yin classes per week, 2 hatha classes (Anusara Inspired), and One Restorative class per week with a Yoga Nidra evening class the last Tuesday of each month. I am currently teaching online only, however I may return one day a week to include a studio class. I've been teaching Yoga for 13 years.Yoga is what keeps me, mobile and strong, peaceful and focused, and able to meet each new challenge with a sense of ease and some grace!
