Description

The studio is a small intimate peaceful setting that holds about 20 students set in a quiet subdivision; easy to get to. First class is free to see if it is right for the person. I am currently seeking to teach in 1-2 other locations to increase this opportunity to interested individuals. It makes my day to see students really releasing into this time to honor themselves.

Credentials

I am a RYT 500 from the Yoga Connection school in Tucson, AZ. I teach beginning and level 1-2 yoga. In April 2018, I will start teaching restorative and yin classes. I seek to introduce these classes to those who haven't experienced the benefits of yoga yet to make it a positive and welcoming time.
