Mouna E. Chamariq
Since 2014, Mouna has been an active member of the Andiappan Yoga Community in Hong Kong where she has been sharing yoga and inspiring many people. She has been teaching Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation to Hong Kong’s domestic helpers, middle and high school students and also to small private groups. She also contributes for Asana International Yoga Journal, writing healthy foods articles. Mouna continues to practice, learn and teach yoga to small groups of students in Zurich, where she currently lives. Her holistic approach to yoga allows her practice to grow in a sustainable way, cultivating interests in yoga philosophy, anatomy, therapy behind yoga, Ayurveda, healthy food, mind unbalances, thoughts, emotions, anxiety, pain, fear, judgment and all the barriers that stop us from simply experiencing life.

Mouna has completed 500 hours Advanced Hatha Yoga Teacher Training and 300 hours Yoga Therapy Teacher Training courses under the guidance of Master Yogananth Andiappan at Anahata Yoga in Hong Kong, which is accredited by Asana Andiappan College of Yoga and Research Centre in Chennai, India. She also received the Kriya Yoga Initiations I and II under the guidance of Sita Kriya Yoga.
