Description

A Yoga Studio that focuses on the Beginner and Gentle aspect of the practice, suited for students who are new to the practice. We also offer Ashtanga and Restorative classes along with Vinyasa Flow practice.

Our 200 and 500 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training has been voted the #1 Teacher Training in the DFW Metroplex by our students.
