Namita sees teaching as a way of sharing her own practice, and practicing as a way of exploring one’s inner space while challenging self-imposed limitations. She guides students to experience Asana as breath-centered moving meditations, so they can walk out with an expanded sense of possibility about themselves each time. Having taught in 4 countries, she runs the popular Yoga & travel blog Radically Ever After, ranked as one of the top 50 Yoga blogs worldwide in 2017, and one of the top 5 solo woman travel blogs in India.
