Kelly Andrews received her BS in Kinesiology from Cal Poly, SLO, and went on to complete her MA in Exercise Physiology and Single Subject Teaching Credential at San Jose State University. Her love for movement and holistic health led her to yoga, and she went on to study at Purusha Yoga in San Francisco, where she received her training in yoga and yoga therapy. She currently teaches part time at Santa Cruz High School, where she wrote the curriculum for the yoga class there. She enjoys teaching and working with youth and adults, and caters to individuals who are new to yoga, or whose experience with fitness has been less than positive. Kelly teaches how listening to your body can lead you to increased health and vitality through the strength, grace and ease found in the practice of yoga.
