One of 4 Certified Yahweh Yoga teachers at Concord UMC 70 Concord Church Rd in Roxboro, NC. We teach Faithful Flow at 9:30 AM on Monday and Thursday mornings, Gentle Journey on Tuesday nights at 7 PM, and Rest and Restorative on Wednesday afternoons at 4:30. Come and “worship on your mat” with us.
