Namaste and Loving Om's !

My name is Rashila, spiritual name Radha. Yoga is an onward journey leading to many many things. Whether you practice for advancement in physique, mental state or to reward your karma's, i am deeply moved with the whole dynamics of yoga and would love to share this with fellow yoga enthusiats. I teach a Vinyasa flow and got my 200hr from the amazing Sonic Yoga Studio in Manhattan, NYC. My teachers were so sincere and inspiring that its just too selfish to keep my learnings to myself.
