Sarayu Yoga

Description

Based on the Ananda yoga tradition and Yin traditions, I offer a donation only yoga class weekly at the UU Church of Fresno. We practice in the lovely sanctuary space. All levels are welcome. Children must be 12 or older and accompanied by an adult. This group has been meeting for three years and is welcoming and supportive. Yoga is gentle and accessible to all.

Certified Ananda Yoga Teacher, E-RYT-200 and practicing family nurse practitioner.
