Your confidence to teach others from your experience and knowledge will be strengthened through this training. The syllabus for this training program will be divided in four parts. Each part will give you a deeper understanding of not only yoga but also various other subjects and areas.

  • The 3 Nadis (Ida, Pingala, and Sushumna) and its influence on the physiology
  • The way to balance Ida and Pingala through asanas and pranayama
