Soco Yoga

Description

Soco Yoga features an array of yoga, pilates & other therapeutically-oriented movement modalities, such as Qi Gong, Feldenkrais, & Continuum Movement. We limit our class size to 15 students in an effort to give each student the attention that they deserve.
