A French national, I have been living overseas for 20 years, including 12 years in Asia, which not only influenced my life, but also profoundly shaped it and enhanced my outlook and more importantly, my spirituality.

I work completely differently from an exercise course. My approach to this unique lifestyle is holistic and importantly, centered on the individual client. One way I approach this method, is through the ability to feel what people are experiencing while practicing and then adapt the sequence accordingly.

I select and sequence asanas (yoga poses) that stretch specific parts of the body as well as the purpose of healing and stimulation. This coupled with long deep breathing, reduces stress and disease through cleaning all the energy channels. It also helps purify the blood and respiratory system. The results can be an awareness of our body and increase in general well-being.

To share my knowledge of yoga and what is has to offer to others who wish to reconnect with their own mind, body and spirit and potential. My primary focus is on people’s well- being whom I gently challenge whilst always remaining supportive.

I am dedicated and passionate about what I do and still put myself through a rigorous yoga routine on a daily basis. I hope to pass on my knowledge, learning and experience to others, as I believe that practice can make perfect.
