I currently offer donation-based, drop-in yoga online. 45 minute weekly classes are open to anyone with a desire to practice.
Sessions are rooted in choice. You're encouraged to use curiosity and mindfulness to help you choose appropriate options and find a balance of effort and ease. Often, a few different versions of each posture or movement are offered. Try what you want. Feel free to change or skip what doesn't work for you.
Class usually starts with a few moments of loosely structured movement followed by a brief, quiet pause to settle and center. Movement proceeds slowly, builds gradually, and includes moments of stillness. Sessions end with a few minutes for rest and integration.
Usually, I have a few minutes to say hello after class. You're welcome to stay and chat if you like or you can sign off right after practice.
