“If yoga is not therapeutic it’s not yoga,” said once my teacher Chuck Miller. And that statement stays with me ever since. Yoga brings healing both on the mat and off the mat.
Tahlia places a strong focus on the healing aspects of yoga for both body and the mind. She uses asana (physical postures), pranayama (breath work) and mindfulness meditation as tools to help students to restore balance in their daily lives. Tahlia guides with pure intent to help the participants find what's suitable for where they are that day. She teaches in Zurich, Switzerland (EN).

Yoga for Anxiety, Yoga for Depression
Tahlia has been a student of yoga since 2008, and had successfully completed two RYT-200 hours teacher’s trainings in the traditions of Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa respectively. She continues to study Hatha yoga by attending subject-specific workshops with Stephen Thomas (Hatha), Richard Freeman and Mary Tayler (Ashtanga Vinyasa), and Judith Hansen Lasater (Restorative). On meditation,Tahlia is a student of Dr. Alan Wallace, and currently following Wallace’s teachings on Shamatha.
