Description

Shambhava Yoga and Meditation Center, specializing in therapeutic applications of Yoga and meditation.  Small  classes, private lessons, Thai Yoga therapy, Marma Point Therapy.  Hatha Yoga Teacher Training.  Meditation Teacher Training.  We individualize the student's practice, and teach principles of movement.   A beautiful, serene, safe environment for any one to learn and practice Yoga.

Susan LeVine, ERYT-500.  Certified Advanced Level Thai Yoga Therapy.  Certified Marma Therapy (Studied with Vasant Lad).  25 years experience.  Our school, Shambhava Yoga, is a registered school with Yoga Alliance.
