Yoga Makes You Well
I have been a body worker since 2001 and have taught yoga since 2010. I also teach meditation. I enjoy working one on one to create new habits that promote health in your physical body. Once you establish alignment and wellness physically, then the mental and spiritual and emotional benefits are not far behind.
I enjoy creating special classes each time I meet with a client. I take requests and I also can design sessions based on my assessment of your needs. I take a few pictures and email or text them to you so you can follow your own progress. I also make a sheet of a few key poses from class that you can use as homework. The whole thing amounts to a yoga diary and you can see yourself become stable, strong, and flexible as you practice.
