Founded by Ellen Schaeffer, Youphoria is the new home of One Yoga Center. Youphoria offers Yoga Teacher Training and Yoga classes, as well as wellness services and professional consultation to the general population, including those with specific health concerns

Integrative Yoga Therapy 500hr.Currently enrolled in their 1000hr Yoga Therapy Training Program. Certified in Thai Yoga Massage, Vinyasa Yoga, Reiki and have over 20 years of teaching experience, including training Yoga teachers.
