Description

Rosalind Taylor is certified in yoga, corrective exercise, iRest, and meditation. She has a Health and Fitness certificate in the core sciences of kinesiology from Simon Fraser University, Provincial certification as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise instructor and is a Functional Aging Specialist. She studied Trauma-sensitive yoga, iRest Yoga Nidra, Warriors at Ease, and is a meditation instructor through The Open Heart Project.
